Here’s a classic and satisfying Weight Watchers Cabbage Soup — also known as “Zero Point Soup” — packed with vegetables, fiber, and flavor while being super low in calories and 0 points on most WW plans.

🥣 Weight Watchers Cabbage Soup (0 Points)

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head of green cabbage, chopped

  • 1 large onion, diced

  • 2–3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 carrots, sliced

  • 3 celery stalks, sliced

  • 1 zucchini, diced

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped (any color)

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (no salt added)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

  • Optional: a handful of fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Spray a large pot with cooking spray and sauté the onions, garlic, carrots, and celery for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the rest of the vegetables, diced tomatoes, broth, water, and seasonings.

  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 30–40 minutes, or until veggies are tender.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot.

🍲 Serving Ideas:

  • Serve with a light salad or whole grain roll (if tracking points).

  • Add lean ground turkey or shredded chicken to boost protein (adjust points accordingly).

  • Great for meal prep — it keeps well in the fridge and freezes beautifully.

This soup is ideal for detoxing, low-point days, or just getting in your daily veggie servings. Would you like a spicy version or one with added beans for more protein and fiber?
