- Make the dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, light mayo, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Chill if making ahead.
- Prepare the salad:
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, cheddar, bacon bits, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- Toss together:
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss well to coat. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before serving (better if chilled for 2+ hours).
