  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the coating: In a shallow dish, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken: Place each chicken breast in the cheese mixture, pressing down to ensure the coating adheres well to both sides.
  4. Arrange on baking sheet: Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray to help with browning.
