Zero Point Deviled Eggs

- 6 large hard-boiled eggs peeled and halved
- 3 tbsp non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar or pickle juice your choice!
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika plus extra for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh dill chives, or a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor
Remove yolks and place them in a bowl. Set egg whites aside on a plate.
Mash yolks with Greek yogurt, mustard, vinegar/pickle juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the mixture evenly into each egg white half.
Sprinkle with a touch of paprika and fresh herbs if desired.
Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
