Zero Point Deviled Eggs

Servings: 6 (1 egg half per serving)
WW Points (per serving): 0 (on most WW plans)

Ingredients:

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved

  • 3 tbsp non-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp white vinegar or pickle juice (your choice!)

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (plus extra for garnish)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: chopped fresh dill, chives, or a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor

Instructions:

  1. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl. Set egg whites aside on a plate.

  2. Mash yolks with Greek yogurt, mustard, vinegar/pickle juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture evenly into each egg white half.
